Commission Federal de Electricidad The Federal Electricity Commission (CFE) is a publicly-owned Mexican company to monitor, generate, transmit and sell the electricity to most of Mexico except the Federal District and surrounding areas where the service is covered by Light and Power Center's client's own Federal Commission of Electricity. The CFE is a decentralized public body with legal personality and own patrimony.
